Twenty years of professional experience of enhancing agriculture sector by implementing various types of rural sector development projects financed by in different organizations and donors.  

Key professional competencies include over 20 years of advanced expertise in conventional, organic, and intensive agricultural systems, with comprehensive mastery of the full agricultural value chain—from primary production and farm management to extension services and applied research. Capacity to integrate environmentally sustainable, climate-smart, and resource-efficient practices, alongside the application of digital agriculture tools and data-driven decision-making to enhance productivity, resilience, and farm-level performance.

Experience in strategic analysis of sector-specific and target-group challenges, including diagnostic assessments, needs and gap analyses, and evidence-based solution design. Proven track record in training needs assessment, curriculum and training program development, project monitoring and evaluation, and results-based management.

20 years led the coordination of the free Agricultural Extension Service for producers in the Republic of Armenia and the management of demonstration and training centers supported by Shen NGO.

Recent professional focus includes the design, coordination, and implementation of horticulture development projects, donor-funded agricultural research, and policy-relevant analytical work.

Additionally, provides agronomic consultancy services to individual farmers of Armenia, supporting the adoption of modern, sustainable, and intensive production systems tailored to local conditions and priorities.
