Currently serving as an Agriculture Expert for the ADB-financed Climate-Adaptive Food Security Enhancement Project (CAFSEP), this professional advises the Ministry of Economy on climate adaptation measures, renewable energy potential in rural areas, and priority investment projects. Expertise includes high-level stakeholder liaison, effectively coordinating activities between the Government of Armenia and international donors such as the EU, FAO, USAID, and the World Bank.

Specializing in the "Making Markets Work for the Poor" (M4P) approach, this team member has a proven track record in value chain development and fostering sustainable commercial links between smallholder farmers and large-scale processors. With a deep background in market research and policy analysis, this specialist has led numerous sectoral assessments, food security strategy reviews, and capacity-building initiatives for both the public sector and civil society. Educated at Yerevan State University and the American University of Armenia, this professional combines technical proficiency in agribusiness with extensive experience in international project management and strategic consultancy.
