Araik Vardanyan

A highly accomplished scientist-agronomist with decades of experience in plant protection and agricultural support. Holding a PhD in Agricultural Sciences, this professional has dedicated their career to the advancement of Armenian agriculture through both scientific research and regional leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Researcher at the Scientific Center of Agrobiotechnology (ANAU), their background includes significant administrative roles, such as Deputy Director of the Armavir Agricultural Support Regional Center (ASRC).

An expert in plant protection, this team member has authored more than 28 scientific works, including various research articles and theses. Their extensive professional journey also includes fieldwork as a regional agent and participation in the Artsakh liberation movement. Educated at the Armenian Agricultural Institute with a specialization in Viticulture, Fruit-growing, and Olericulture, this specialist combines profound academic knowledge with years of practical experience in the field.
