Training within the STRIVE program on the "Principles and Practices of Gender Equality and Facilitation."

The STRIVE program is co-funded by the European Union and implemented by NEF Belgium.

Conducted under the "Organizational Model Innovation" component, this training contributed significantly to strengthening the Baleni GBH team's capacity. It focused on enhancing awareness and practical knowledge regarding gender equality.

Participants deepened their understanding of inclusive approaches, with the aim of applying them to management systems, workplace relations, and broader organizational practices.
