Anush Saharyan

A senior accounting and finance professional with over 14 years of experience in the non-
governmental and foundation sector, working with programs funded by local and international
donors. She specializes in financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting in
compliance with donor requirements and international best practices.
She has extensive experience in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets, the
development of financial reports for international donors, and ensuring the effective, transparent,
and appropriate use of grant funds. Her professional expertise includes organizing and
supporting external audits, maintaining comprehensive financial documentation, and ensuring
compliance with donor regulations and the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
Throughout her career, she has managed full-cycle accounting for NGOs and foundations,
including cash flow oversight, bank and petty cash management, payroll and personnel records,
and warehouse accounting. She has strong expertise in the implementation and customization of
accounting systems, including AS-Accountant, tailored to the specific needs of non-profit
organizations and donor-funded projects.
